Hey there, it’s Casey McCabe, from McCabe and Jenny currently heard weekdays Monday - Friday, 2 to 7pm on 101.9 The Mix in Chicago.   A little bit about the show, we kick things off each afternoon with our "Who's The Bobo Head?" segment where listeners give their take on relatable topics like, should you leave a tip when prompted at a self check out?  Are you the Bobo Head for leaving the tip?  Once we get to the "Deal Breaker Drama" feature that's where you're going to hear people's dating stories and the deal breakers that resulted in no second dates.   Mix in our "Asking For A Friend" questions where we tackle any question you want answered, but maybe are too afraid to ask yourself.  . Each afternoon listeners also get to take part in our "Trends in 10" game for their chance to win tickets to the hottest concerts, gift cards to cool new restaurants and access to and all the big events that come to Chicago. Plus, exclusive interviews with today’s top Artists, such as, Lewis Capaldi, Charlie Puth, Lauren Daigle, Shinedown, Gayle, Dean Lewis, and more.

Prior to 101.9 The Mix I spent over a decade in Los Angeles as 97.1 AMP Radio’s night host.  As AMP Radio’s 1st radio DJ, in 2009, I played nightly requests, interviewed numerous Pop Artists, and interacted with the Los Angeles listeners.  Over my ten years at AMP Radio I had the pleasure to host countless station events: New Year’s Eve celebrations in Long Beach & Universal City Walk, the Hollywood Arts Council “Children’s Festival of the Arts” on the Paramount Lot in Hollywood, and artist interviews at both the American Music Awards and Grammys.  Before working at AMP Radio I kicked things off in Los Angeles as an on-air personality at the World Famous KROQ and had the privilege to write for The Daly Download with Carson Daly for a short period of time.
